If I haven't commented or posted anything new in the last few weeks, it's basically because I have been outside most of my time. I've been working very hard on planning a garden for my Dad. I had to clear a bunch of leftover junk from the previous owners. You would not believe the stuff I found in there. I'll just say that I was slightly surprised I didn't find a body part, and I also had to get a Tetanus shot after handling that stuff.
Only now have I managed to plant a few things. Now, I've become rather difficult to pull out of the garde4n center at Home Depot. It's really weird how this gardening thing can get you addicted. It's been like therapy though, and alot of my mental energy is used there. I've also lost a bit of weight in my tummy area which I'm glad for.

Disappointingly, I haven't been able to really do much art. The motivation just hasn't been there lately. I will be getting back to it again shortly though. There are a few pieces that I'd started earlier, so those are likely the ones to come out next.

My subscription will end tomorrow, so no snazzy journals for a while. If anyone wants to gift me with another one for my B-day on the 24th of this month, you are welcome to if you want.

In the days around my B-day, I will be visiting a good friend in Tennessee. I figured since my birthday won't be the same this year, I wanted to just getaway for a few days.
I will have a day set aside for family too though.
