MY TERMS OF USE

NOTE: I figured I should put up my terms about now. It’s not me being harsh or anything, just protecting my stuff here, I love everyone who happens to like my work, and I just wanted there to be some things you knew before you decided to use anything, or see others using it.~Angela

DISPLAY ON WEB PAGES.

You may post artwork on your web pages if they comply with my usage rules, which are listed here:

1) Supply a written credit to me as the artist on each page that an image is used... Artwork © Angela Derriso.

2) Provide a link below the name credit to my site that directly links to this page. (Note: A link on your separate links page only is not sufficient). A text link back to me is fine, however I have free linking banners here.

3) The images may not be distorted in any way or severely cropped. Please respect the artwork and try to show it as I originally intended it to look.

DESKTOP WALLPAPERS OR PRINTING

While I cannot stop you from printing out the images I post on-line, please note that they are 'web-ready' and have been either been saved at extremely low resolutions (therefore not print well), or watermarked. I'd encourage you to purchase your favorite print, or fav it instead. If you like one of my pieces enough to save it to your desktop - I can live with that, as long as you refer interested people to his web site if they ask who the artist is.

WEB GRAPHICS, SIGNATURE TAGS & STATIONARY

I will allow the use of my art as web graphics that are non-profit and just for fun. But... there are several guidelines you must comply with to continue to use my artwork for these purposes. I always require a link back to me and a name credit similar to the following...

LIMITED ALTERATIONS

I would appreciate it if you maintained to original state of the artwork. I already have banners, and if you want a part of my work in your sig, then I can create a new banner using that piece, otherwise, please use the banners I have for now.

WEB GRAPHICS

SIGNATURE TAGS/AVATARS:

No avvies unless a link is provided in your sig so others know where you got it. As for avvie or sig request, please just ask, and I’ll do what I can as long as you hold your end of the bargain. Tags are okay, but I'd prefer you use the banners I've made, but if you like I certain image, I can improvise and make a banner out of it somehow. Just ask me.

STATIONARY

I'd prefer for my work not to be used as stationary.

FINAL NOTE: If you cannot comply with any of the usage policies listed above, then don't use my artwork.

My Art CANNOT Be Used For

For-Profit Usage, Logos, Etc:
My art may NOT be used for any for-profit ventures or for use on any commercial or non-commercial web sites without my knowledge or consent. If you want to post my work somewhere else besides DA, then ask me beforehand. Also, if anyone sees my work being ripped or otherwise without any credits or link back here, let me know immediately
